cramp at lower abdomen

Hi, should i be worry if im having a mild cramp on my lower abdomen? 31 weeks now

I'm at 31 weeks now and sometimes my hips is painful that i can hardly walk is it normal?

yes I'm experiencing it very often and till the state that I can't walk. My Gyane said is mainly baby weighing on that muscle. just try to walk less and rest more when in pain.
