Lower abdomen cramp

Hi mummies! Im FTM, currently at 30w 4d. Suddenly today i feel my lower abdomen is cramp. The feeling is just come and go but bearable. How do i know if its braxton or contractions?

For contractions, it will get more and more painful until cannot move or talk with closer intervals. if the pain is constant and eventually goes away, it is braxton hicks.

Contractions is quite intense like every 5 mins and escalate to every 4,3,2,1 min like that. Braxton hicks only for that short while and prolly only once or twice a day

Probably braxton hicks. But best to check with your gynae 😊
