Should I sign up for 5 days, 7 days, 10'days or 14 days postnatal massage?

The "standard" is 7 days. According to the massage lady I hired, extensions (10 or 14 days) are usually only required if the mother did not do a proper postnatal massage for the previous pregnancy. Why don't you book a 7 day package and extend it if you have the extra cash and need the massage?
