How many days of postnatal massage

Hi mummies, usually how many days of post natal massage is recommended ? And how many days did you signed up for ? Im torn between 7 or 10 days #FTM

It depends on individual. Some will take between 5 to 10 days atleast. For me, I did 7 days. It was good.
