hey since you're pregnant, best not to overexert yourself as when you are exercising you're directing more oxygen flow to yourself instead of baby.
exercising is good for pregnancy mums but pls do in moderation. I used to be a gym rat (was doing F45 5x a week) but as I was nearing week 27, I had to really cut down on my intensity as i started to feel aches more acutely and my tummy was starting to weigh me down.
