Covid at 30 weeks pregnant

Seem to have faint line. :/ I gonna retest again when i wake up later. 2nd time if really positive. Last booster shot in late june. Only have sorethroat. What sore throat meds i can take? Thinking to self recover. -- It's a confirmed positive. Most meds best dont eat. I did ask doc if the lozenges would be fine he give me a very reluctant answer. Which made me dont wanna eat it. But am ok cough meds on off. Monitoring myself on oxygen level, heart rate and bp.
