Hi, saya nak tanya.. adakah waktu subur boleh lebih dari 4 hari?? Saya check opk n masih pekat lagi line nye.. ad momy² yg tahu pasal kesuburan ni??
Boleh je, hun, cycle setiap orang lain-lain punya. Some of us dapat 4-5 hari window yang jelas, some lebih lama sikit especially kalau hormones tak consistent. Kalau OPK line masih pekat, it means LH surge still ongoing or building up, so you're still in fertile window. A few of us tried tracking cycle untuk few months before we realized our fertile days extend longer than yang standard, memang ada variation. But kalau nak confirm pasal timing and cycle pattern kau specifically, better check dengan doctor or fertility specialist, especially if you're trying to conceive, dia boleh lihat overall picture kau dan advise lebih proper.
