can i take paracetamol for head aches during my first trimester?

Is it safe to have PCM during pregnancy. I am 12 weeks pregnant.

Normal panadol is fine but best to still consult your gynaecologist take care!

Yes the normal paracetamol is fine. Panadol extra contains caffeine though

Safe but only the normal kind. Not panadol extra.
