Hi!! Can is it safe to consume sweet potato ginger soup desert during early pregnancy? I've read mixed reviews abt sweet potato and ginger. Any advise?

Should be fine. Sweet potatoes pack vitamin C, folate, fiber, and carotenoids, maybe eat in moderation (:
