healthy breakfast

Can recommend me some healthy breakfast on a normal working day? Need something easy to make. Prolly 15 mins prep. Any ideas? Thank you

1) Pan fried egg on cheese melted toast with tomato sauce 2) smoothie with milk, banana, blueberries, mixed nuts, yoghurt 3) sandwich filling of minced beef with chopped onion and carrot in tomato puree on melted cheese toast 4) play around with the smoothie...it's the fastest and least cleaning
