1) Pan fried egg on cheese melted toast with tomato sauce 2) smoothie with milk, banana, blueberries, mixed nuts, yoghurt 3) sandwich filling of minced beef with chopped onion and carrot in tomato puree on melted cheese toast 4) play around with the smoothie...it's the fastest and least cleaning

Overnight oats! Takes less than 5 mins to prep the night before. On the morning itself, just slice whatever fruits you want. Or if feeling lazy, just add a scoop of peanut butter/almond butter.

Overnight oats? Mix oatmeal with some milk and leave in the fridge overnight, in the morning you can just take out and eat 👍. Can add in other stuff if it's too plain, fruits, raisins, honey etc

Hard boil two eggs and make blend a green juice. Can use anything combining spinach, apples, honey, dates, carrot etc.

Avocado bread toast. You can smash the avocado, squeeze some lemon, add chopped tomatoes then onto the bread 🥑

Quick oats with fresh milk + nuts + fruits. Just mix everything in a bowl and done. Easy peasy, and nutritious.
