Loss of appetite

Hi all. Just recently give birth to my baby girl. But realised my appetite level drop a lot. No mood to eat anything during confinement and feeling very emotional. Is this normal ?

    Tired plus stressful . Thinking maybe cos I’m breastfeeding so no appetite . But I’m not sure .
