I would always use this website when buying products during my pregnancy. Super useful. They list products by the brand and they tell you which ingredient in the product is not allowed for pregnancy/nursing in certain products! https://www.15minutebeauty.com/pregnancy-friendly-skincare-products.html Of course, despite seeing it on the list, I would also do my own due diligence as well and quickly glance through ingredient lists before buying the product as the website is based in US and may have diff manufacturing place as the ones sold here. But the list does save alot of time.
Yes, pregnant women can use skin care products, but they should do so with caution and be mindful of the ingredients in the products they use. During pregnancy, some women may experience changes in their skin, such as increased sensitivity, dryness, or acne. Using the right skin care products can help address these concerns and maintain healthy skin. https://wbminternational.com/category/women-care
Normally I would just google the product im using or interested in to see if its safe for pregnancy and work from there, as I am still as blur and confuse as I can be hehe
