is liquid chlorophyll safe to take during pregnancy?

i have low blood count/anemia and hoping to use holistic/natural ways to get my iron levels up. wondering if chlorophyll is safe to take

Since chlorophyll is present in green vegetables, I would think it’s safe to take but there are many studies available so it may be better to consult your doctor first. isit normal to have no discharge during pregnancy? i saw increased discharge as symptom

have been having little to no discharge and im 18 weeks pregnant, is this normal?

did your doctor give you option for oscar or nipt? my doc is just recommending my nipt (im 30)

he says he doesnt do oscars?

I am 32 and my gynae gave me an option to do oscar, nipt basic or nipt comprehensive. I could also decide on the vendor (i took igene)

what did your gynae prescribe you in first trimester?

mine gave me iron tablet, calcium and 10,000mcg of folic acid. just wondering if its normal because i read calcium and iron usually only 2nd trimester onwards?

okay to be pregnant and still go for brazillian laser, and facial etc.?

had signed packages that will expire, dont know if can continue

i went for my facial still in my 3rd tri! haha. up to individual but try not to lie down for too long or avoid laser treatments etc. once I had a 2 hour facial and instantly regret cos my back was aching so badly. :D

is this prenatal too much?

This is thorne basic prenatal vitamins and the recommended dosage is 3 pills a day. i am however only taking 2 a day. Iv read that too high folic acid may cause problems with baby and hope if any doctor can help to look at the label to see if i should stop taking this or if its okay to continue? Thank you

cramps so painful cant sleep

im 5 weeks going to 6 weeks pregnant and have been having this painful cramp for 3 nights straight particularly in the night, no bleeding. anyone encounter this too? is this gas pains or something serious/bad? going to the doctor tomorrow but really worried 😢

i get bad cramps and extremely bloated tummy since week 6 and i still get them when i'm week 10 now. take small meals and watch what you eat. take food that is easier to digest. (:
