cold soba
Any ppl have craving on cold soba and gynae say its okay to consume???

I do crave, and even though my mom will tell me to avoid as it is cold food but gynae told me that it is okay to go ahead to eat it. I crave for it at least once a week whether it is zaru soba or chasoba but it has to be cold.
