Eh tunggu, postnatal urut ni biasanya 1-2 minggu after delivery, depending on condition you and baby, most of us tunggu lochia settle dulu before buat yang proper ones la. A few of my mum friends swear by urut tapi they did it around week 2-3, not immediately after, sebab body needs time to recover first especially if you had stitches or C-section.
