Post natal vitamins

Hi mommies, Is there any post natal vitamins given by hospital or KK after giving birth? If there is post natal vitamins, may I know what kind of vitamins? #firsttimemom

Usually dri KK yg bagi.. sy x sure tmpt lain tp klu sy, dorang akan bagi ikut apa yg d mkn waktu pregnant.. sy ambil yg 4jenis pill so dia bgi sma juga.. mkn utk 1bulan je

as far as i know, if ur hb is below 11, they will provide u with zincofer/iberet..to be consume till 30day post natal.
