Working Environment

Hello po mga mommies, what are your thoughts about working on a graveyard shift while pregnant? Kung kayo po, mag-stop ba muna kayo mag-work or push pa rin sa night shift? I currently 26 weeks pregnant. Thank you

Im working graveyard shift mamsh sa 2 babies ko, okay naman sila both.. Ang kailangan lang po is kino-cope up nyu sa araw yung 8 to 9 hours of sleep.. Inom din po kayo vitamins and more fruits 😊

thanks po, pero that's my problem i can't have that 8-9 hours sleep. Siguro 5-6 hours lang. So i decided to take LOA muna kasi unhealthy for me and the baby.
