If may contributions ka from july 2019 to June 2020 pwede ka na mag file ng maternity notification after changing your status from employed to voluntary by making a payment sa sss, just check the voluntary option when making the payment,
Same tayo ng qualifying period, November-December din due date ko. Dapat may atleast 3mos kang contribution from July 2019 - June 2020. Eto yung sakin, na process ko na. May computation na din.

Katumbas po yan ng 1month salary nyo if ilang months po ang nsa batas n maternity leave times nyo lng po sa monthly salary nyo.
Monthly salary credit hindi po monthly salary 😅 Kakatapos ko lang i-process yung sakin. Depende yun sa contribution mo hindi sa sahod.
