Am I pregnant or period is coming late?
My period is 5 days late. 8days ago i had a massive cramp, and headaches. Im also bloated. I took a pregnancy test. And it’s negative. Help!
Did you test with your first urine when you just woke up in the morning? You can try using the calculator on when you should test (https://uk.clearblue.com/pregnancy-tests/early-pregnancy-testing) as reference. Otherwise, you can wait for a few more days then take a pregnancy test again.

I once had 12 days of missed period and not pregnant. And my period since young has always been regular. Went to clinic but nothing serious so i guess i was just stressed at that time. But you just wait for a few more days and test again. Best of luck! 🌻
Nxt time can try pomegranate juice if you’re TTC. I tried for 8 mths and negative. Just the mth before i conceived, i tried to drink that. Alhamdulillah somehow it works. Maybe just luck.
