Yes. The only concern is food poisoning which may affect you. Some mothers take it because it is one of their milk booster
Hey, I would suggest to avoid eating seafood during pumping as sea food has little higher mercury content

I would not do it. I will keep my diet healthy as I am transferring milk nutrients to my baby
I’ve eaten salmon but would avoid the seafood high in mercury
