No fetal heartbeat at 6th week of pregnancy

For observation now pregnancy ko, cus walang pang heartbeat naappreciate sa transV ko yesterday. I bravely asked the doctor if may problema ba, sabi nya normally daw at 6th week at size, may heartbeat na. I was asked to come back sa monday if wala ulit sa friday ulit. How can a 2-day-interval make any difference? Aasa lang ako, planning to come back on friday nalang for higher chance. Sino po dito walang heartbeat at 6 weeks pero nagkaheartbeat din naman? At what week po nagkaheartbeat. Natatakot, umaasa, at the same time I'm preparing myself na rin. Ps: progressive naman, last week amniotic sac lang nakita now may embryo na pero walang heartbeat
