Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

I didn't follow any of it though my mum was nagging quite a bit. I showed daily (with chinese herbs) and washed my hair once every 3 days. I also slept in air-con room daily but without the fan.
