Do you/can we masturbate/have sex (or simply stimulating the clit) during first trimester?

I had sex during 3rd week of pregnancy, before knowing I'm pregnant. My advice is to avoid if you are afraid or concern about the repercussions. Else no issue, unless your gynea specifically told you not to due to medical condition etc
