Vitamin B12

When I got my blood test back with elevated B12, my doctor said it can come from supplements or diet, but sometimes it is worth checking if you are taking any multivitamins that could be pushing the number up. The main thing is whether your doctor flagged it as something to investigate further or just monitor, because a one-off high reading versus a persistent trend are quite different situations. If your GP did not seem concerned, it may just be a case of watching it over your next test, but if you feel unsure, going back to ask specifically what follow-up they recommend is totally reasonable lah.
