Is it normal to vomit 5x in 4-5 hrs? Should I go to the clinic?

I vomited every time I ate or drink water and still vomiting at 27weeks. Just that it got slightly better compared to previous weeks. Lost 8KG. During my appt dr did test to check if I’m dehydrated.
