Morning Sickness

How do you deal with morning sickness and what are your diet? It's my 11th week and I'm still feeling nauseous. Will vomit at least 4-5 times a day. I hope it will go away by the 14th week :( #advicepls

just fruits , blant biscuits , h20 drink these are what I'm been taking during my worst nausea period .
