Is it normal to sweat during confinement? I sweat after eating and when pumping... Do u all off the Aircon when sweat or continue with the aircon ?

Yes, your hormones and all the confinement food (heaty) plays a part. Letting out smelly gas is normal too 😂 I on the aircon for my own sanity
