Tissue Discharge

Is it normal if I am having tissue discharge during 6 weeks + pregnancy ? Today I actually diarrhoea for 4 times and during the 4 times, I passed tissue discharge with no blood or anything . Just having discomfort at tummy and having heartburn (Update : there’s bleed today and after awhile it only alittle)
