No appetite post partum

Is it normal to have very little appetite post partum esp when youre a first time mum going thru emotional roller coaster/post partum blues

No appetite at any point of time is not really normal right? Meaning something is bothering you. Maybe eat what is necessary to nourish your body and heal.
