Post partum bleeding or period

Hi, I’m 5 weeks post partum and today just felt a bit crampy at my uterus area and have some bleeding again. The past few days was just light brown. Is it my period or still post partum bleeding?

post partum. I'm on my 6th week and am still bleeding down there. spotting. went for my checkup and doc say there is still blood residue in the uterus. he showed me during the scan
