Severe belly pain at 22 weeks pregnant

Is it normal to have severe belly pain during 22 week pregnancy. I cant move, cant stand up right, I feel better when I bend and walk. I feel my belly button is pulled. I'm having sharp pains when I make movements. I cant even bend and pick up something or wear my shorts. Can I get HL from doctor if I explain to him this? I'm handling with toddlers class and I feel pain especially since mid of last week till now.
