Pain/cramp around belly button area 27w6d

Hi, i am 27w6d today and first time mom. Along my pregnancy i never really feel any pain before, but today i have a few times cramp or sharp pain around my belly button. Is that normal? The pain is comes n go, when i switch my slping position it will go and then come again. Thanks Moms
