Hi im 3 days n 14 weeks

Is it normal to feel nausea? But there's nothing coming out. Like i can't vomit out.. But the urge to vomit is there 😟😟

Hello dear. It’s completely normal. Some mummies do experience nausea during pregnancy. Keep yourself hydrate and rest more if possible ya.
