Forehead tiny bumps

Is it normal for 10 weeks old baby’s forehead to have alot of tiny bumps? No reddish whatsoever

Yes normal. Just apply some breast milk if possible. It helped with my baby

normal. it's baby acne. can be until 6 months old.
