small tiny bumps on vagina area

Hi, i am currently 34 weeks pregnant, i have spotted some tiny bumps on my vagina outter area since early pregnancy but its painless somehow, went to the doctor they just told me is skin infection, have anyone experience the same too?

Hey mama, Am wondering if it’s because the veins are enlarged somewhat….
