Small bumps on baby forehead to hairline and neck

Hi, my LO is almost 2 weeks old and suddenly have these bumps on her forehead to her hairline and neck. Anyone have any idea what is these and how to clear these bumps/acne? TIA!

hi! if baby is just 2 weeks, might be baby acne. it will be gone soon dont worry :)

my first baby had these bumps too. after confinement, all the bumps go off.

It's baby body regulating their own hormones. It will go away
