Nickname for fetus

I didn't have a nickname but my friends used to call my son (he's 2 years old now) little monkey because he's born in the year of a monkey, and cheeky like one too - even when he's not even out yet!

Pi sai (boogie) because when she was first scanned from ultrasound, she's only 7 weeks. Super tiny like a boogie lol

bubz the builder 🤣 coz he is always kicking and so busy like he's building something

I call mine "si kecik" which directly means "small one" in malay.
