My baby has jaundice and my pd has advised me to stop breastfeeding, saying it's breastmilk jaundice. What is that and do I really have to stop breastfeeding? Isn't breastmilk the best thing for babies?

You should be feeding more than usual as liquids help your baby to remove the toxin from their body by urination. http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/973629-treatment#d6
