I think it'll be best for you to do so, unless doing so may danger your life in any way. Reason being, you should probably talk things out with him and see what to do next, and whether abortion is the only way out. Whatever decision you end up making, it's best to have your husband's understanding and support first to avoid tension in your marriage :)
