I followed the youtube exercise for breech baby and did it daily before my baby's arrival as im scare that i will have to go thru csec which i dont wish to. i also played music and talked to my baby daily about turning at my lower belly to encourage my baby to move towards the music. I also used a flashlight so that baby may move towards the light By week 39, she did turned around and i had a natural birth instead of c-sec!

Me! My no2 was a breech baby. I was doing the exercises recommended by my gynae all the way up to wk 37 but that little boy is stubborn as hell. My no1 was via csec and I was hoping so much for a vbac but in the end, I had no choice but to have another csec. Well, what can I do when he just refuse to turn right? Don't worry too much or feel disappointed Mummy! Most important is baby is healthy and well.
