My work involves helping expectant couples to achieve a satisfying birth experience, often drug-free through a series of HypnoBirthing natural childbirth education and birth support during labour. I run a Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Support group where we have sessions focus on a healthy living from planning for conception to caring for your babies.
