Sushi can be eaten or not ??

Hi mummy .. If I want to eat sushi , can I eat or not cause my family in-law said is not good to eat sushi .. Please help me :)

i never eat sushi when i know i am pregnant already.Better avoid it mummy coz sushi is raw food it can cause bacteria
