Sudden excruciating pain of left arm

Hi Mummy, i have soreness on my left shoulder to left arm yesterday. It was so painful that i woke up at 5am and I have not sleep due to the pain. Any mummy have sudden on set of excruciating pain on the left arm at 20weeks?
