pain in tail bone

Any mummy experience pain in the tail bone when sitting or lying down after delivery about six months. What shall I do? Thanks

I’m having this pain now but I’m only 16 weeks pregnant. Haven’t even given birth yet. 😭 I currently use a donut pillow when I’m sitting and I use a down pillow to put on my lower back when lying down. I find walking around helps.
