Sit up straight for at least half an hour after a meal. If you have antacid (doctor can prescribe or I think can also buy OTC) you can take it 30 minutes before a meal.

Better to check what makes u heart burn .. u may highlight with ur gynae abt it .. drink some butter milk or curd with sugar it may helps ..

Chew your good slowly and avoid food and beverages that trigger your heartburn..

Dont lie down immediately after eating. And dont eat spicy, gassy food or drinks

don't eat or drink too much, eat frequently in smaller portion will be better

I just try to rest more, this is unavoidable
Eat almond drink soya milk. Works for me.

Try taking a cup of milk before sleep
Avoid food that triggers heart burn
