The thing is, if your company doesn't offer work-from-home flexibility, you might want to have an early chat with your HR or manager about taking maternity leave a bit earlier than expected, especially if the on-site commute or standing around gets too much in your third trimester. Most companies are pretty understanding about this once you're visibly pregnant and explain the strain. It's your call at the end of the day, but don't feel obligated to push yourself if you're uncomfortable.
