Hi mummies, when do you stop working or kick in your maternity leave/ annual leave? Do you need to work until the day you give birth? My job require me to be on site everyday and the company does not believe in working from home

i requested hl from my gynae 2 weeks before edd and ml kickstart on the day baby is born. i understand your company doesnt believe wfh but can they consider hybrid work arrangement due to pregnancy? As of December 1, 2024, new Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR) are in effect, mandating that employers in Singapore must establish a formal process to consider employee requests for flexible work arrangements (FWAs), including hybrid models. you can look it up in TAFEP websites.
