730am Milo with rolled oats and milk. 9am Self made sandwich with fried egg or hard boiled egg with avocado. I toast my bread with cheese before adding eggs and avocado. This is recommend by my gynae for morning nutrients intake.
I ate macdonal breakfast very often throughout my pregnancy. 🤭 But of cause you can choose to eat healthier with oatmeal and cereal.
Depends on my appetite that morning. Can range from bread, oats, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, even mee soto if im really craving for it!
Omelette, dim sum, bao, fishball noodle. You can eat everything in moderation :)
Milo with brown rice and oats. Economic bee hoon, curry puff or pau.
Anything cooked, a variety of food should keep things interesting
Cereal with soy milk (no cow's milk for me as I'm lactose intolerant!)
Oats with milk, fruits and nuts. Quinoa salad. Avocado salad.
Try oats, cereals, porridge, energy bar, cakes or biscuits
