Recovery after Natural birth at TMC

Mummies, can share your experience on your recovery after natural birth? Is it very hard to cope with the pain? Do docs provide you painkiller?

I took the painkillers for the first few days which means no pain at all... after I stopped, only felt a bit discomfort like soreness at that area. I didn’t have any issue sitting or feeling any cramps.
