Any mummies resign after maternity leave? can we resign straight away after back to work from maternity leave or i have to work minimum a month then only can resign? Thanks
I served my notice 1-2 months after I came back from my 16 weeks ML because I wanted to settle all backlogs and do a proper handover and training as I was working directly for a company director so it was really crucial and important not to have any hiccups and then leave on good note.
